“Thank you to all the staff who are doing a great job especially during the Coronavirus pandemic. Covid restrictions have curtailed a lot of the usual activities enjoyed by the residents but staff have stepped up to fill the gap by providing entertainment and keeping the conversation flowing. When I have been able to visit my mother I have found that everything has been set up to make this as safe as possible for all concerned. Communication with relatives has greatly improved since the appointment of the new manager.”

“My mum has been in this care home since November 2019. I have found all the staff and manager to be excellent in the care and respect for mum. My mum recently celebrated her 100th birthday. All the staff were lovely and they made her a fantastic cake and put on a wonderful spread for her special day, they couldn’t have been kinder. I am so pleased I made the right decision in choosing The Wells Nursing Home for my mum.”
